Penticton Racing Canoe Club hosts two major race events per year: Duel in the Desert – an early season six-man and small boat race, and the Length of the Lake 100 km Ultra-Paddle race – one of the longest single day races in North America.

Duel in the Desert 2011

Thanks everybody for joining us in Penticton for some great racing. Our prediction was bang on with near-perfect FLAT conditions (if you think flat is perfect…..) for both the big and small boat days. We had 26 crews participating on saturday, and 66 paddlers on the water for sunday!
